Never forget how far uv come, everything u have gotten through. It's ur story of where uv been as its ur proof. All the times u have pushed on even when u felt u couldn't. N everytime u swore u wouldn't. All the mornings u got out of bed no matter how hard it was all the times u wanted to give up but u got through another day neva forget how much strength u have learned and developed. As the revolver within spins n plays out in ya own time of correcting self's understanding of a more complex relevance to  outright spell it out. There is no royal road to anything nor one inparticular thing at a time as all things are in succession. Even tough we're all subject to our own choices fallin here n there in our own depressions. That which grows fast withers as rapidly that which grows slowly endures a strong person can go through a lot of things and still not be bitter. Fitting better in the creases of ya minds crevasses that tuck the reality of plucked splinters...
