Given a second first chance

Given a second first chance after time has been lost.
Almost as if time was meant to be interupted and paused.
Waiting patiently for the moment of irresistable fate.
Hoping lessons learned never came to unfortubately late.
Love sat still enough in the uknown heart to maintain for truths own.
Leveling heads made to understand we are indeed grown.
Days then years slipped away for the sake the breath taking of us.
Its undenyable that we are meant to be more than a childhood crush.
Here standing and given a second first chance to show selfs acceptance.
Honestly we fell asleep on a dream that was unseen as releantless.
Together we now know why the memory lingered and remained.
Living as freinds first as days go by and there is so much more to gain.
